Terms of Service

Welcome to Cullify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cullify mobile application and any related services we provide. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Cullify Does

Cullify helps you review and manage photos on your device. The app analyzes media to make recommendations and provide tools to help you quickly sort and remove photos. Analysis and processing occur on your device unless we explicitly state otherwise.

2. No Uploads or Cloud Storage by Default

Cullify does not upload your photos to our servers for processing, storage, or review. All photo analysis is performed locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership of your photos.

3. Sharing From Your Device

You may choose to share photos using your device's native share sheet or through third‑party apps (for example Instagram or Snapchat). When you share, your photo is handed off to the chosen app or service and is subject to that app's terms and privacy practices. Cullify does not transmit shared photos through our servers when you initiate sharing from the app.

4. Account, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features may be provided through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals are handled by the platform (App Store). By purchasing a subscription you agree to the platform's billing terms. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the platform's policies.

5. User Content and Messaging

Cullify does not provide a messaging platform or public areas for posting user‑generated content. Any content you create or share via third‑party apps is outside of our control.

6. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to provide paid services (for example a purchase receipt or token from the platform) and to operate essential functionality. We describe our privacy practices in detail on our Privacy Policy page. We do not collect, store, or share your photos as part of normal app operation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cullify app and its content are owned by Cullify or our licensors. You retain ownership of the photos and other content on your device. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices in the app.

8. Prohibited Uses

Do not use Cullify for infringing, illegal, or immoral activities. You must not attempt to bypass device or platform protections, reverse engineer the app, or otherwise misuse the service.

9. Disclaimers

The app and all information are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cullify and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the past 12 months, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cullify, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the app.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for users who violate these Terms or where required by law. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cullify is incorporated, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction except where prohibited by local law.
